Get to Know Saron Navratil

Saron came to Canada at 19 and quickly built a life centered around hard work, opportunity, and service. As a serial entrepreneur, she co-founded a limousine business and worked in corporate environments with enterprise-level companies before returning to school to become a law clerk.

During her internship at a law office, Saron made an immediate impression. Her drafting skills, research abilities, and calm problem-solving under pressure led her mentors to encourage her to pursue a paralegal career. Studying at triOS College allowed her to connect real-life experience with legal training, and she graduated with excellence—laying the foundation for her next venture: Paralegal Services Ontario.

Saron became a landlord in 2009, gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of landlord–tenant relationships. She has helped fellow landlords understand their rights under the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and navigate the process of finding and maintaining strong tenancies. At the same time, Saron has worked with numerous families facing financial hardship, choosing compassionate, practical solutions over legal action. This included connecting tenants with the Rent Arrears Program in Mississauga, helping them stabilize their housing situations and transition to more affordable options. Her personal experiences before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board have shaped her commitment to delivering justice with a balanced, human-centered approach.

Saron is known for her dependability, calm demeanor, and exceptional communication. She believes every client deserves personalized attention and unwavering support, ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout the legal process.
